Many thanks to the outgoing

Club Priorities
A straw vote on the Club’s
priorities for 2006 came up with the need for a
new clubhouse. However, before the funding can
be acquired, an agreement with the city must be
worked out. Significant negotiations will need
to take place very soon on the draft agreement
received from the City on October 28th.
According to Jan Taylor, the new clubhouse may
be financed in part by a sizeable grant from the
Sport Legacy Trust Fund, whose application
deadline is January 15th. An Ad Hoc committee is
working towards meeting that deadline. The next
year should bring some interesting new
developments to the club.

President
